Santos Soto Jr

October 15, 2016

On Saturday October 15, 2016 Santos Soto Jr AKA “PAPO” was called home to be with the Lord. In has last days on this earth he was closest to his always loving and supportive mother Virginia Soto who was with him through every trial and tribulation, Santos was never without a mother’s love. Santos’s best friend was his sister Sandra, they were inseparable and only apart by year. They enjoyed life together by dancing, joking and always being there for each other. He was loved and cherished by his younger brother Tony. Santo’s nephew Justin was also always there for him when he needed him and Santos felt his love and comfort through his tough time. Santos did not have any children but loved animals just as much as a father could love a son or daughter. Although Santos may have been in pain he was not alone, he was surrounded by many family & friends who loved him. He could feel the prayers by those that sent them. Santos has touched many lives in his life time, and many people will remember him as funny yet sincere, sarcastic but loving, he was stubborn but he lived life free. Santos not only enjoyed art but he was also able to capture it’s beauty unlike anyone else. His favorite art pieces were drawing and paintings of Selena and Marilyn Monroe. He also loved the beach, particularly orchard beach in New York He was a man of many talents. he even styled hair and helped people find beauty and confidence in themselves. Santos believed in God and there fore is smiling down on us with no pain, no suffering, and no sickness. He is at peace and with family and friends that have been waiting for him. So let us celebrate the life that he lived and find comfort in the new life that he is living in heaven. PAPO your family and friends love you!

your Nephew, David Anthony Rivera Jr

Condolences to the Family

We hit it off from the start.  I was your driver to Hershey Medical Center and ultimately became your friend.  We hugged everytime we saw each other.  I knew you were a special kind of person.  I still remember the last conversation we had.  Rest in peace.  I will miss you.
My condolences to all friends and family.

To my brother my best friend. I will forever have a big place for you in my heart. Although my heart is grieving your loss, I know you are with our father in heaven. You fought the good fight and now you are in peace. I will miss how kind you were to me and I know you really loved you. We both told each other dauly,  I love you in texts and in person, that I will truly miss. Only God can heal my broken heart. Now he will make yours happy. I will miss you.  Till we see each other in heaven. Love your sis Sandy.

We’re getting up every morning with Papo in mind… The best artist I’ve ever known. An artist I learned a lot from, he taught me how to appreciate art and how to bring out the talent, one thing I will always cherish and pass on to other loved artists in the family.  I can still see his smile, remember his comfort, and we all know he’s still smiling this very moment…
If he suffered, he did it in silence and his spirit did not bend. He faced his pain with courage until the very end.  He tried so hard to stay with his loved ones but his light was not in vain, God took him to his loving home and freed him from the pain.
Goodbye to you dear cuz, you deserve eternal rest. You cared so much for us all, to have you we were blessed.  You now share your love with the others that await for us all… Though you’re gone, you will never die, you get to be above us now, and watch us all. Till we meet again. Edgar Cintron (Edito.)
