Condolences to the Family

September 15, 2016

I also met Eugene at Susquenhanna while our dad was residing there. He was a very good roomate for my dad and he always looked out for him. I enjoyed chatting, doing a jigsaw puzzle and watching baseball with him. He would always give me a hard time about rooting for that ‘other” team, but always good naturedly. Our friendship was brief, but I am gratefull God brought our paths together in those difficult days. I will miss him very much. My condolences to his family.

My wife and I wish to extend our deepest sympathies to Eugene’s family. My father-in -law was Eugene’s roomate at Susquehana from March thru early April, and we quickly became friends. We enjoyed sitting with him cheering on the Phillies, and enjoyed bringing in Phillies pennants and momentos for him. He was always cheerful and was always glad to see us. We will miss him greatly.
