We of Lane 7 at Manheim Auto Auction were so saddened to learn today at our lane meeting of Bill’s passing. He was always upbeat and a catalyst of hilarity among our group. As I shared the news, others remarked as I was thinking that “we just saw him here (at the auction) just a couple weeks ago”. He was a good, steady worker (I think I wrote that on the last evaluation I did regarding him) and competent. I could count on him. I remember when he responded to my question about his illness that there was nothing to be done and that he would just keep working as long as he could. And he did. To Bill’s family–I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers, Denise Zabala–Dispatcher, Lane 7.
