Vivian Sullivan, 67
July 26, 2025
Vivian Sullivan, 67, entered into the arms of the Lord on July 26, 2025, surrounded by her loving family, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the beloved daughter of the late Mario and Maria Rosa Cicuttini.
Born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, Vivian began a new chapter in her early thirties when she and her family moved to Tyler, Texas. She often described this as the best time of her life. Later, the family settled in beautiful Lancaster, PA, where she resided for the past twenty-seven years.
Blessed with curiosity, a thirst for knowledge, and dedicated to lifelong learning, Vivian excelled at all she did. While raising her family, she earned her degree in Finance, graduating Summa Cum Laude from The University of Texas at Tyler. She later earned her Master’s in Taxation from Golden Gate University and pursued a successful career in corporate taxation.
In addition to her professional achievements, Vivian was an avid baker and exceptional cook. You could always find her in the kitchen. She was known for her spectacular holiday meals and beautifully set tables that brought everyone together. In her retirement, she became a talented crafter making homemade cards for every occasion bringing joy to all who received one.
For forty-two years, Vivian was the ever-loving, supportive wife and best friend to her husband, Rick. She was a devoted and nurturing mother to her daughter, Jade (Ken), and son, Dane (Rachel), always inspiring and caring for them with boundless love. Her greatest joy was being a proud and adoring Nonna to her three precious grandchildren: Aurora, Nolan, and Melania.
Vivian cherished her family and friendships. She is survived by her siblings: Ron Cicuttini (Linda), Marilyn Cicuttini, and Ann Marie Cicuttini (Desmond). She was the beloved Zia to her nieces and nephews: Mike (Emily), Andy, Matt (Hannah), Julia, Damen, Gabriel, Nia, and Marissa.

Praying for God’s love and peace to surround the entire family during this time. I was not blessed to know her but I do know her daughter-in-law, Rachel, and I have met Dane a couple of times (enough to learn he is kind and has a good sense of humor!)
Rest assured, now, that she is in a much better place than Earth could ever be and she is no longer fighting cancer. Instead, she has a new and painless body and is dancing and singing with those who have gone before her.
Much love to the entire family. Crystal (Knaub) Merritt

I am so sad to hear the news. I feel blessed to have been able to work with Vivian at RBC back in 1978 in Hamilton, Ontario and soon become friends. You, me and Cathy had some awesome times back then! Great times…. Great memories. May you now rest comfortably.
