Our sincere sympathy goes out to the entire Schmidt and Shoemaker families on the loss of my beloved brother, Tom Shoemaker.  He fought a long and courageous battle and we are so proud of him…..he met each challenge with such dignity and grace…he is truly the most kind, loving, decent and courageous man I’ve ever known and my heart breaks for his loving wife, Mer, and his wonderful children….such a good and kind family.  We will all miss Tom terribly but knowing he’s at peace now and not suffering hopefully will bring us all some comfort.  Love to both families….Carol & Dave Brown (aka Aunt Carol and Uncle Dave)
