Dear members of Sylvia’s family,
I worked with Sylvia at Sears for many years.  She was a joy to be around, always positive and a friendly smile with a quick joke.  May her loving memory be eternal in your hearts.  My deepest sympathies.

Dear Larry, Mike and Jeanne,
Joyous for your mom and dad to be reunited, and my prayers of strength are with you. We have so many wonderful and fun memories of our get togethers with the RCA gang and their kids. We rang in many New Years together. We loved going to your cabin in the mountains with many places to roam. The creek bath each evening was always a treat!
Still trying to forget the other cabin -the mousey one- in Potter County!
May God bless you with rich memories until you are all reunited forever.
Doreen (Eshleman) Hershey, Pat Eshleman and the Eshleman girls.

Larry, Mike, and Jeanne,
I wish you my warmest, most heartfelt condolences. Your mother was a part of my life before I was even born thanks to her six decades-long friendship with my mother, Faye Peters. I will always remember Sylvia as a strong, funny, kind woman whose presence, for me, will forever fill countless memories of holiday gatherings, the celebration of life transitions, and simple family get togethers. But my most precious memories will always come from the tremendous joy my own mother got from her best friend, her true BFF, your mom.

Jeanne, Mike and Larry,    I lived across the street from your Mom for 5 years on Pebble Creek.  She was wonderful!  We visited 2 or 3 times a week over a Manhattan of course made with Heaven Hill.  We talked about our families, books ,current events, religion any topic was welcome.  She hosted meals with our neighbors which were so much fun.  She was just a delight to be around and I am privileged to have been her friend. My heart goes out to you all!  I know you will miss her so much. You must have many happy memories I pray will bring much comfort in the days to come.

Dear Reams.  I live at Luther Acres and was the recipient of Sylvia’s hospitality.  She certainly was a hoot and I enjoyed being with her.  Please accept my sincere sympathy.  I am sorry, she will be missed.  Betsy Weidler

Dear Beam Family-I lived two doors down from your parents on Fordney Road in the 70’s, 80′, and 90’s. Your parents were so friendly and welcoming to Ron and me as we were first time homeowners.  Their beautiful garden and fun personalities were such a pleasure!  They were great loving parents and I know very fond memories will keep them alive for all of you.  May God grant you strength, peace and comfort during this time. May your faith reassure you of a blessed reunion.  Fondly, Nancy Marshall
