Susanna W. Lefever, 69

Susanna W. Lefever, 69, of 74 Sego Sago Rd., Manheim, went to be with her Lord and her husband on Monday evening, March 31st.

She was the wife of the late Victor M. Lefever, Jr., who passed away on July 30, 2006. Born in Ephrata, Susanna was the daughter of the late Jeremiah and Edith Witmyer Brendle.

Susanna had worked for the ISC Corp. for 10 years. After her retirement from ISC, she worked at Brethren Village for 4 years. Prior to ISC, she had worked for the Hamilton Watch Co. for 10 years.

She was a member of East Petersburg Mennonite Church.

She is survived by a son, Dale  married to Liane Lefever of Manheim; a daughter Michelle  married to Douglas Weidman of Lititz; and 2 granddaughters, Kristin Lefever and Courtney Weidman. My heart and prayers go out to Dale and his family. I will always have great memories of talking to your mom about her favorite TV. shows. Whenever I got the chance to talk to her she always taught me something new and I will miss those moments.

May she rest in peace now, and be with her loved Vick, as she would say. She did give herself to others in need. Her children very fortunate to have a mother like Sue. She will most certainly be at her Grandaughters side as she wished, but in spirit, with Vick too, being there. May God Bless the family and friends of Sue for missing her and her wonderful care of others. Let the memories be a great thing and pictures speak a million words. I pray for the family and hope they find strength through our Lord upstairs. I pray you watch over them dear Lord. Amen

Teresa Engle (Lefever)
