Stefan K. Latshaw, Jr., 47

Stefan K. Latshaw, Jr., 47, formerly of Lititz, passed away at Lancaster General Hospital on Thursday, November 2, 2017. He was born in Lancaster to Stefan K. and Karen Kamp Latshaw of Lititz.
He graduated from Warwick High School in 1992. Stefan was a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church, where he was a member of the choir. He loved watching sports, especially football, baseball and basketball.
In addition to his parents, Stefan is survived by his brother Andrew Latshaw, husband of Alina and their sons Alexandru and Andrei of Lititz, and several aunts and uncles.
The family would like to extend our heartfelt love and gratitude for the loving care that the Masonic Village health care staff gave Stefan these last three years. They have become a part of our extended family.
Stefan’s family will greet friends from 9-10 AM, followed by his memorial service at 10 AM, on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at St. John’s Episcopal Church. The Rev. John W. Morris will officiate. Entombment will be in the church columbarium. Please omit flowers. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John’s Episcopal Church, 321 W. Chestnut St., Lancaster, PA 17603.

Mr. and Mrs. Latshaw,
I am sorry to hear of your loss. I knew your son from years ago when I worked for CSG/Homefields. I have many fond memories of our weekend adventures. He was always such a pleasure to be around. I have thought of him many times over the years. He will be missed. Prayers for your familiy.

Dear Latshaw Family – I fondly remember your family as a former teacher at Nathan Schaeffer School. I taught Andy and Karen was very helpful in my classroom. Dear Stefan was loved by all and taught many people lessons in life. Please accept my condolences. May God’s love which passes all understand keep your hearts and minds in Jesus Christ knowing that the hope you have is now life for Stefan in ways we can not fathom. May God provide your family with peace and comfort.
