Please know that I am so very sorry for the loss of your beautiful daughter and friend to so many.  I did not know Sophie personally but had the pleasure of hearing her beautiful voice!  One time singing the national anthem at a swim meet and the second time at LCBC.  May Gid comfort you and sustain you during this most sad and heartbreaking time ❤️

Sophia-
You were a warrior in the fight! You inspire us to continue the fight against pediatric cancer. For you and so many others we will never give up. We know you are dancing and singing and someday we will dance in celebration when we conquer and win the fight. Thank you for blessing our lives at Hempfield MiniTHON and for me personally. Dr. F.

Dear Ruiz family,
I am extremely saddened to hear of your loss. Although I never had the pleasure of being part of Sophia’s learning, I know what a strong, courageous, and positive young lady that she was. I feel it has been a privilege to get to know the Ruiz family through the years and truly enjoyed learning along side both Joseph and Nolan. May your family be blessed moving forward and throughout the healing process.
