Silver Kate Wilson, 66

December 25, 1957 - April 16, 2024

Silver Kate Wilson was born on December 25, 1957, to George and Clara Huggins in Dillon County, South Carolina. She entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at Lancaster Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Lancaster, PA.

Silver received her early education from the Lakeview Public School system in South Carolina. After relocating to Lancaster, PA she met Everett Wilso, who she united with in holy matrimony on February 22, 2013. For the past 20 years she was employed by the QVC Stony Battery Business Center in Lancaster, PA.

Silver truly loved life to the fullest through the simple pleasures such as chatting with friends and family, shopping, listening to her music, and traveling but mostly spending time with her husband Everett.

Preceding her to the grave was her mother and father, seven brothers, J.P., Richard, Levon, Leon, George, Roosevelt, and Douglas Huggins. Three sisters, Doris Campbell, Louise Jones, and Emma Huggins. One sister-in-law, Ann Huggins.

Silver leaves to cherish her precious memories her husband Everett Wilson; three sisters, Brenda Gasking of Mount Carmel, PA, Vivian Huggins of Jersey City, NJ, and Clara Jones of Selinsgrove, PA, one brother-in-law, Kenneth Jones, also of Selinsgrove, PA, a loving sister-in-law, Shirley Huggins of Jersey City, three God children, Latisha, Dominique, and Danisha, as well as a host of many loving nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

A funeral service honoring Silver will be held at 3 PM on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 414 E. King St. Lancaster, PA 17602. The family invite guests to a viewing from 2 PM until the time of service.
