Saint Paul Freeman, Jr., 91

Saint Paul Freeman Jr, son of the late Reverend Saint Paul Freeman Sr and Edna Hanna Purnsley Freeman was born on September 11, 1931, in West Chester Pennsylvania. He departed this life on November 6, 2022, at the age of 91.

Saint Paul was educated in the Lancaster Pennsylvania and Cecil Country, Maryland schools. Saint Paul Jr proudly served in the military in the United States Army. He retired from Millerville University in Millersville, Pennsylvania. He served in the seat of Deacon at Bright Side Baptist Church (Lancaster, PA). Saint Paul (Buddy as some affectionately called him was truly “Blessed by the best” and he loved to let you know about how good the Lord is.

Saint Paul Jr. leaves to cherish his memories two brothers: Elder Daniel Freeman (Shirley) and John Freeman; two sisters Reverend Hanna Ward and Martha Harris. Son, Saint Paul Freeman III and Daughter, Corrine McLaughlin, 4 grandchildren; a special sister in the Lord and best Friend Flossine Tomlin and Special Friend Luis Ramirez and a host of nephews and nieces who loved Uncle Buddy very much. Saint Paul Jr. was predeceased by his parents and five siblings, Sarah Lee, Thelma Williams, Clara Wright, Mary Calloway and King (William) David Freeman.

Services for Saint Paul will be November 14th at Brightside Baptist Church, 515 Hershey Ave, Lancaster, PA. Family invites guests to a public visitation beginning at 10AM with a funeral service to follow at 11:00AM. Burial will follow at the conclusion of services at Conestoga Memorial Park.
