Ruth Ann Fisher, 85, of New Castle, Delaware, formerly of Lancaster, passed away peacefully at her home on September 20, 2020. Born in Little Britain, PA she was the daughter of the late David C. and Emma (Norris) Brown.

Ruth will be fondly remembered for her giving spirit and love of her family. Being born into a family of 13 siblings, Ruth treasured making memories and being with her family. She enjoyed reading mystery and romance novels, collecting bells, doing crossword puzzles, and playing scrabble. Being at the beach was also something that brought great joy to Ruth. She was preceded in passing by her daughter, Deanna Stupak, 2 grandchildren and all of her siblings.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25, at 3PM at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 N. George St. Millersville, PA. A public viewing will be held from 2PM-3PM. Interment will follow at Conestoga Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the National Law Enforcement Memorial
