Dolores, Very sad news.  Christ be with you during these sad days. Bob was a good man and I know he is in heaven with Jesus Christ our savior.  I was a classmate of his for 12 years.  He always made school a pleasant place to be with his smile and sense of humor.  We shared many zany moments during our school years.  May Christ have mercy on his soul and bring him to eternal rest.   God bless    Jim Mannion

I met Bob at Three Ponds Golf course in Elysburg, PA over 30 years ago while visiting my wife’s family at Knoebel’s Amusement Park.  We both loved golf and gambling and his whacky sense of humor and coal region brogue was infectious.  I loved getting together with him and hearing his latest Las Vegas story or watching his exposive golf swing.  And he always loved talking about his family.  When I think of him, I’ll always smile.

Dolores, our thoughts are with you and your family.  Whenever I think of Bob, I smile.  At the restaurant, he always was up to something and had a gift for making everybody laugh.  I think some of the regulars came just to be part of the banter and fun.  Celebrate his life and he’ll be smiling along with you. – Sharon and Bob Swank
