Barb and I certainly miss Nels’ smile, his hospitality (with Charlotte), and special hunting times in Southern Lancaster County and the ham prepared for the hunters by Ken Stehman in the mountains. Nels remains a marvelous Christian witness in our “memory banks”. Barb & Pastor Bob Daneker

Sending my sympathy to you, Charlotte, and your daughters. In my life, I have members of my family but also members of another larger family–those people in Bausman who I grew up with. You and Nelson are part of the Bausman family. When times in this stage of my life are difficult, I think back to the Bausman days and feel a little better. Nelson was a good, kind, caring man. I will keep you in my prayers. Sincerely, Lee Todd Amigh
