Pedro O. Roman, 17

Pedro O. Roman, 17 of Mount Joy died Friday night in a car accident in West Hempfield Township.

Born in Chester, Pa, he was the son of Milka Rodriguez of Mount Joy and Pedro Roman of Puerto Rico. Pedro was an 11th grade student at Hempfield High School and worked at Burger King in Mount Joy.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Spanish Seventh Day Adventist Church, Plum and Clay Streets, Lancaster, PA. on Thursday, May 8, 2008 at 7:00PM. There will be a viewing at the church on Thursday from 4-7:00PM. Interment will be in Mellinger Mennonite Cemetery, Lincoln Highway East and Greenfield Roads, Lancaster, Pa on Friday, May 9, 2008 at 3:00PM. Please meet at the cemetery on Friday at 3:00PM. Arrangements are by the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home.

Pedro was a good friend of mine since 8th grade and my lab partner in our chemistry class. I will miss him a lot, and I am truly sorry about your loss and hope that your’ family will be able get though this tough time together.
