MY GRANDPA.. My Grandpa is without question the single greatest human who has ever lived. He is my HERO, my Superman, today, yesterday, tomorrow and forever until time cease to exist!!! Growing up he was always a big man to me. But even bigger was his smile and kindness not to just me but to everyone he came across. I feel very selfish for not wanting to let him go (and don’t care to say it) but it was now time to let him go to Heaven where there are many love ones who are quite excited to see him. Yes I cry because I miss him, it’s natural,, but I smile and laugh much more when I think of him and his mischievous smile. I could write a book about him, but if use are here use already know it all. I’ll end this by saying Thank you Grandpa, for your love, for your kindness, for your respect and showing me what a real man is. I Love you Grandpa. We will meet again. (I’m so thankful that every single thing I wrote here I got to tell him)

Paul was my dad. He was a loving dad and grandfather. I have many memories of time we spent together. One of my favorites was when we traveled to California and he and I rode horses up the mountains in Zion National Park. My dad was a hard working man. He worked his entire life for one company, Miller & Bushong and then Pennfield. I spend many summer days with him riding in his feed truck to the farms. He was a kind man and would do anything to help someone who needed it. He would always do it with kindness. His smile would light up his face and the entire room. He spend many holidays, family celebrations and game night with my sister, Deb and her husband, Chuck. He would always wonder what I was making to eat – he loved home cooking. He loved to garden and I found that love also. He liked to sing and he and I were singing hymns before he passed. He told the nurses and Chaplan that he could sing better in his early days. He was spunky till the end. I loved him and will miss him every day. I know he is with my sister and brother in a beautiful place. I know you and Deb will be weeding the gardens in Heaven. I couldn’t have asked for a better dad. Love, Phyllis
