Patricia “Pam” (Miller) Toner, 75
March 31, 2016
Patricia “Pam” (Miller) Toner, 75, of Lancaster, passed away Thursday, March 31, 2016 at Hospice & Community Care, Mount Joy.
Born in Lancaster, she was the wife of the late Ronald James Toner, who died November 22, 2012. She was the daughter of the late Sherman Nathaniel and Violet Mae (Runkle) Miller.
Pam worked at RCA, Newsletters, Inc., and retired from Brookshire Printing.
She enjoyed fishing, camping, and relaxing by the water, and especially enjoyed frequent lunch gatherings with her cousins from York. Pam was blessed with many caring friends and family.
Her grandson, Garry Krentz and his wife Sue of Mount Joy made sure she was always included in their lives, and their home was her home. They also played an important part in her healthcare, and for this Pam felt thankful and blessed.
She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, Lancaster.
Pam is survived by her children: Jerry Krentz (Yon) of KY; Garry Krentz (Becky) of Bainbridge; Lisa Quinn (Mark) of FL; Melanie Kelley (Doug) of SC; and Ronald Toner of FL; 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, David Krentz.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 500 Pearl St., Lancaster with Rev. David Kreider officiating. Friends will be received at the church one hour prior to the service. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.

I was very fortunate to have worked with Pam for many years at Newsletters, Ink. Pam was the sweetest, kindest, funniest lady; she always had a smile for her coworkers, and THE BEST chuckle around! No matter what life had in store for Pam, she always faced it with optimism and grace. I was truly blessed to be one of her friends. Rest easy, Pam…you are in the arms of God now. I will miss you, my friend.

Pam will be sorely missed…we talked daily for many years…laughed so much..cried at times and I know she is finally at rest and
pain free…and still remains in a special corner of my heart! Always!

I had the pleasure of knowing Pam for over 25 years while we worked together at Wentworth Publishing and Brookshire Printing. We lovingly called her “Ma”. She treated us as if we were family. She put us in our place when we needed it or cleaned my coffee mug when it got too gross. We had the love of fishing and camping in common and even went fishing on lunch break at work a couple times. There was also a few camping trips with Ron and Gary where there was never a dull moment. I will miss Pam and all the fun we had at work, but I am also glad for Pam knowing that she is now in Heaven. Well Done Ma! Kevn L. Swatski

Pam was the dearest friend. We had some wonderful times together having lunch, bargain hunting or sharing a laugh over a glass of wine. We miss her so very much. Our thoughts are with you.
