Dear Lori, Kyleigh, Gabe, and Family,
I had the pleasure of working with Neal back in the days of CRU. We started out in a basement, and Neal was one of our very first hires. What stood out to me the most about Neal was his confidence and humor. Working with him was always a pleasure.
One vivid memory I have is from when he was the “cut man” while I was building my deck. He was responsible for cutting the notches in the posts before we set them in the ground. Even though everyone else was goofing around, Neal remained focused, and each post turned out perfect. He took immense pride in his work, and it showed in whatever he did.
I also had the chance to meet with him while he was at Garman, hoping to bring some of their business our way. Even then, all I could think about was how much I wanted to work with him again. Neal was such a sincere, warm person and exceptional at what he did.
I am deeply saddened, Please accept my heartfelt condolences. Neal made a lasting impression on me, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him.

To Lori, Ky, Gabe & family:
I worked with Neil for 10 years at Garman Builders where he was instrumental in helping me get hired there back in 2006. I am still employed there.
Neil was a great boss, friend & mentor to me during his tenure with Garman Builders. Daily, we would laugh  & share personal things with one another. Neil & I had the same sence of humor. We would always talk about episodes of “Seinfield” & how they related to real life. (I miss those laughs we used to have).
The last time we talked was 2 yrs ago. We had a great conversation in my car by phone on my drive home from work that day.
Needless to say, I was shocked to hear of his passing. I will always remenber the laughter we shared together & all the good times we had.
Rest in Peace my friend….
