Mel will be missed by many!   My first Ambucs meeting in 2017,  he introduced himself and I knew instantly what a gentleman he was.  Mel provided a wealth of knowledge, we all loved his stories and his sense of humor.   Sorry I could not be with the family today, thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Repectfully

The video is such a loving tribute.  You can’t help but smile through the tears when watching it.  We are reminded of how lively, joyful, comical, friendly and sociable my Uncle Melvin was.  He will not soon be forgotten and will be terribly missed, but it is comforting to think of him alongside his loving wife, my Aunt Joan.  I don’t think I’ve known a more happy couple.  God bless them both in heaven.

Dear “Mel’s” Family, my condolences on the passing of dear “Mel”.  I knew him from Lititz Ambucs a long time ago.  He was a gracious gentleman.  Oh. and his large baseball cap collection.  You have my prayers and thoughts.  Denny Hines

Mel was always such a nice gentleman!  Mel was a long time patron of my Barber Shop Glatfelter’s in East Pete. Always had a new hat he was proud to show off and a smile on his face. He will be missed around the shop greatly!  Thank you to his Daughter for calling me today to let us know that he passed. Prayer to all of his family during this time. May his memory live in your hearts and minds forever.
