Linda Modica-Deibler, 66
December 11, 1954 - August 21, 2021
Linda Modica-Deibler, 66, of Lititz, passed away Saturday, August 21, 2021, at Select Specialty Hospital in Harrisburg. She was married to Paul M. Deibler for 22 years before his death on December 20, 2017.
Born in Phillipsburg, NJ, and raised on the family farm in West Portal, NJ, Linda was the daughter of the late Joseph J. Sr. and Marjorie A. (Fleming) Modica. In her school years on the farm, Linda was active in 4-H and FFA.
Linda drove school bus for North Hunterdon Regional High School for 14 years when she lived in West Portal, NJ. She moved to Lancaster County in 1992 and worked as a forklift operator for PAP Security Printing. Linda became a great friend to the Amish Community.
She enjoyed collecting cow figurines, antiques, and primitives. Linda loved to make cards.
Surviving Linda are her brother Michael Modica, Jr. of Pen Argyl, PA; three nephews, Kenneth Modica, Jr., Keith Modica, and Michael Modica, Jr; three nieces, Ashlee Modica, Melody Modica, and Amanda Modica; three great-nephews, Kenneth Modica, Jr., Evan Modica, and Jaxon Monk; and three great-nieces, Mia Modica, Alayna Modica, and Samantha Modica.
In addition to her parents and husband, Linda was preceded in death by two brothers, Joseph Modica, Jr. in 2003 and Bryan Modica in 2015.
Services and interment are private.

Aunt Linda was always smiling every time i would visit her of she would viset me she would have a smile to one ear to the other she was vary crafty and loved making cards i still have all the ones she made me. i miss her every day and i will never forget the good time. lots of love, samantha modica (her nephew)

So sorry for your loss. Linda was a faithful card maker who attended my monthly classes. I always enjoyed her laughter and smile that she brought to each session. I will miss her.

Saddened to hear of Linda’s passing. Growing up in West Portal we were a small farming community. Every one knew ever one. Linda was the Happiest Girl always wore a smile. Prayers for Peace and Comfort.

Linda was a wonderful and caring person. I had the privilege of knowing her and her late husband thru camping at Thousand Trails. She brought a smile and laughter to all she met. Linda I kept in touch through fb and I am going to miss those little notes back and forth. May you rest in peace and may your family find peace
