Linda Ann Knapp, 69

Linda Ann Knapp, 69, of East Petersburg passed away Saturday, December 17, 2016. Born in Reading, PA she was the daughter of the late Grover McCoy, Sr. and Grace (Heister) McCoy. She was the loving wife of John D. Knapp with whom she shared 26 years of marriage.
She most recently worked for Berk-Tek.
Linda was an active member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Lancaster.
She enjoyed playing bingo, doing crafts, collecting Longaberger baskets and spending time with family and friends.
In addition to her husband she is survived by three daughters, Patricia Ann Appel of Lititz, Cynthia Mosso and Michelle Thomas wife of Ken both of Lancaster. Also surviving are four grandchildren: Jamison, Zachary, Alexis, Carter; three sisters, Diane Neuin, Betty Meck, Dawn Liszcz; three brothers, Grover McCoy, Jr., Barry McCoy, Pete McCoy all of Reading and a host of loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Edith Flick.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11AM on Friday, December 23, 2016 at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 500 Pearl St, Lancaster, PA 17603 with Rev. David Kreider officiating. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Linda’s memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312 or to the church at the above address.
