Dear Howland Family,
Katherine was a wonderful women that I had the pleasure of meeting through a mutual friend Claire. The past ten years I have had the pleasure of being with her on Thursdays to do her hair. We would share stories while sipping our Turkey Hill coffee while she was under the dryer. She was so proud of her family. I am so thankful she was here to see her two granddaughters being wed. She was so worried about her health and those weddings. It has been hard on Thursdays not going there and seeing her smiling face and hearing her laugh. I am so sorry I will not be able to be there Friday due to being out of town. You will all be in my thoughts!
Sincerley,
Wendy Seitz

Dear Howland Family,
I had the pleasure of calling your mom friend in the short time that I worked at United Zion. I enjoyed stopping by her breakfast and lunch table each day, to see how she was doing and hear her laugh. I so wish I would have been able to visit her in the last year. We did talk every now and then and always ended our conversations with I love you. Your mom was a special women and a dear friend. I am so much better for having known her. I will miss her.
Lori
