Kathleen T. Sandberg, 76, of Lancaster, passed away at her home on Sunday, June 15, 2025, surrounded by her family. Born in Norwich, CT, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Greenman and Alice (Pion) Greenman. She was also the wife of Jack Sandberg for 53 wonderful years.

After graduating high school, Kathleen met Jack during his time in the United States Navy. Upon moving to PA, Kathleen had many jobs, notably a server at the Bird-In-Hand Restaurant. However, she also took great pride in being a homemaker, raising her children as well as having a close relationship with her grandchildren. Outside of work, Kathleen loved cruises, dancing, and spending time with the people she loved. She had a zest for life that will never be forgotten.

Kathleen is survived by her husband Jack; children Eric Sandberg of Lancaster, and Jason (Melissa) Sandberg of Philadelphia; siblings Art (Mila) Greenman of the Philippines, and Carol Greenman of Missouri; sister-in-law and close friend Marguerite Greenman; and grandchildren Evan, Kayla, Zoey, and Sebastian. She is preceded in death by her brother, Kenny Greenman.

Friends and family will be welcomed on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 from 10-11AM at Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory, 414 E King St, Lancaster, PA 17602 with a memorial service to follow.
