Jovita Ramos Acevedo, 90
Jovita Ramos Acevedo, 90, of Lancaster, died at her home with her family by her side.
Jovita was a personal housekeeper for a close friend for most of her life. She loved to dance, listen to music, cook, and her church, Spanish Assembly of God. She was known for always having a smile on her face.
Surviving are her children; Ramona and Gabriel Pagan; grandchildren, Emy Valencia, wife of Edwin, Jesus Roman, and Jose Roman, husband of Margarita, and her great granddaughter, Emieleeann Dasanee Roman, all of Lancaster.
A viewing will be held on Monday, May 7, 2007 at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home, 414 E. King St., Lancaster, from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Interment immediately following in Mellinger’s Mennonite Cemetery.
