Judy, I just saw this. I am so sorry for your loss! I know the feeling of losing the most important person in your life as I lost Randy in November 2019. Mike was a nice man.

Judy and Joe,I’m so sorry about Mike’s passing. He was such a kind man and a great neighbor. He (as well as you and Joe) have always been so welcoming to me. Mike taught me how to use the community charcoal grill, helped me when my lock stuck, and even researched dimmable smart lightbulbs for me when I mentioned my hall lights were too bright. I enjoyed reading about his life in your beautiful tribute to him. What an interesting person he was! You are such a wonderful family. I hope you find healing comfort in your memories of him. I’m here for you both anytime. Tina Golden

Dearest Judy:  Will always remember him effortlessly along with you preparing those get togethers when I was in town…him and you introducing me to Etta James and her music over dinners or drinks…I purchased a good deal of her music based on listening to her at your home(s)…to this day think of him. and you when playing or simply in the car and suddenly it comes on…always fond memories.  Both Ron and I send you our deepest sympathy…may you be comforted by close family and friends there.  You have many in Ohio and two now firmly planted in Cleveland after our years in Princeton recently moving to a much smaller home…our home is always open for you in fact, would love to have you when you can, visit.  For now, our hearts will remember Mike with smiles and will be thinking of you dearly.  Sincerely, Michael and Ron

Dear Judy, we were so shocked and sorry to get this news from Jim and John. We loved every minute of the times we shared with you and Mike. Mike was an amazing person, and you are such a beautiful, loving couple. It was so easy to be with you both; your way of being in the world was and still is an affirmation of life for us. Your email about Mike, and his image on this site, are beautiful, and a comfort to have. Our hearts are with you.  With love, Ron and Louisa

Dear Judy,  I’m so sorry to learn that Mike has passed.  The two of you were wonderful City Park neighbors and we shared some good times.  I remember Mike as being soft spoken and a great listener.  Do you remember the sign he made for Carlo’s workshop?  It’s still in place.  How kind, caring of Mike to take care of his father.  Not a surprise.  Judy, take good care of yourself.  Fond thoughts, Sharon Cameron

Dear Judy and Family,
Java and I relay our deep sadness and condolences for the loss of your beloved Mike. There are no adequate words to express such a profound emptiness. Mike will live on in all our hearts and minds as a kind, gentle, smart, caring man who taught us all how to live better by simply being himself. He was a true gentleman with a wondrous spirit. The world was better because of him. Love, Mark and Java Kitrick

The world was definitely a better place for Mike’s kindness and generosity. We were only getting to know him, and he is gone way too soon. My heart goes out to my cousin Judy, Mike’s father, and his other friends and family. Rest in peace, Mike.

Judy, Ted and I are so very sorry about Mike’s passing. We have such lovely memories of Christmas Eves past enjoying his company so, so much. His wry smile and dry wit are what I remember most. We know this is an excruciating loss for you. In Judaism it is said, “May his memory be a blessing”. We know that it is. Love, Judy and Ted Fisher

Mike was a kind person, someone you enjoyed being around. His dedication to the care of his father was stellar. He wanted the best for his dad and went to great lengths to achieve that. He will be greatly missed by those close to him.

Judy and family,
I don’t know that I have the words. We’ve been friends for over 50 years. Mike is, and will always remain, not only a cherished and beloved friend, but one of the finest “human beings” I’ll ever know. Mara and I are heartbroken, and offer our love and time to you whenever you need. I wish you peace and strength in the days ahead. With much love….
