Julie,
So shocked to hear this! Joe was a one of a kind type of person and he will be missed by many, especially at Hughes & Hughes Family Dentistry. Always enjoyed our conversations about the old neighborhood or his many insurance questions 😉 Sending you hugs and prayers as you navigate through this time. Please reach out if you need anything.

As a friend for over 60 years I can’t express enough the sadness in words for your loss. Unlike most of us who leave a mark Joe will leave a legacy from his days of contributing to help solve the problems of the world than contributing to them. He was a stand up guy in a very challenging world. He will be missed by me for a long time to come.

My condolences to Joe’s family, friends and LE colleagues. I got to know Joe when he was working with Erie Ins. and I was working Insurance Fraud for Lancaster City Police. He was a great guy and a good resource.
