My deepest condolences to your family. I worked with Jose since 1972 and he was a very wonderful part of my life. He brought warmth and joy to everyone he ever came in contact with. He was a great man and tolded the funniest jokes. If you were sad or had a bad day, he’d always lift your spirits up with a funny pun. He will be missed. God bless you all my prayers go out to you. I will light a candle for my true friend.
Sincerely,
William F. Lugaro

I had the pleasure of working with Jose while at Armstrong. When I welcomed him into the Coating Department he told me I was the only one to do that for him. Whenever I would see him I would sing out 🎶JOSE🎶 He would laugh & always say ‘How are you my friend?’ I always looked forward to talking & working with him marveling at his spirit & easy going manner. R.I.P.
