John P. “Skip” Ciccone, Jr., 76
John P. “Skip” Ciccone Jr, 76, of Lancaster, passed away on Sunday, April 26th, 2009 at Hospice in Mt. Joy. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late John P. and Margaret (Wilfong) Ciccone.
Mr. Ciccone was employed as a Truck Driver for B.F.Kauffman Motor Express Interstate Motor Freight System and Southern Container Corp. where he retired from in 1999, after 25 years of service. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. Skip was a member of the Garden Spot Motor Cycle Club, AMVETS, American Legion Post # 34 and the Denver Legion.
Surviving are his brother, Ralph V, husband of Hazel I. Ciccone of Lancaster, two sisters, Shirley E. Sharrow of Earleville MD, Pat E. Redman of Coconut Creek Fla, four nephews, John Ciccone of Lancaster, Jeff Sharrow of Earleville MD, Andy Morris of Fla, Woody Morris of Fla, three nieces, Kim Ciccone of Lancaster, Deb Sharrow of Lancaster, Pam Saver of Fla. and one great niece, Kasey Sharrow of Earlville MD.
