It was with great sorrow that I read about John’s passing. I haven’t seen John in some time and when I heard about this I knew vanning has lost a wonderful member and I lost a great friend. My condolences to you Lorraine. I hope you stay in touch with your vanning family. We love you. And John, Keep On Vannin’ Brother.
 -Bob Bundy, member of the Upstate Vanners – Binghamton, N.Y.

John and Mary, Russ & I want to let you know how sorry we are for your loss.  It seems such grief is too much to bear, I know.  Please remember that friends near and far are thinking of you.  God bless you and your family.

I was very sorry to hear of John’s passing. I enjoyed working with him very much. He was a great guy. He is in a better place now with out any pain. He will be missed by everyone at Lititz Planning Mill. John and his family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
Sincerely,
Curt Weaver

I have only known John for a short time, a year and a half or so, but I’m glad I did. His charming personality made him immediately likable. I knew his time was limited and I made a point to talk with him every time I saw him. Not because it might be the last time we spoke, but because I always wanted to.

We are all saddened to hear of John’s passing. Know that we are all thinking of you in this time. Lorraine, you are in our thoughts and prayers. Long distance hugs and kisses until we can all see you again and give them in person.
Much love,
Phil, Wendy, Cassie, Kaitlin, Kayla, Goliath, Lola and Sam.

May God bless you and your family to help you deal with this terrible loss.  We always looked forward to seeing John along with our other vanning friends from PA at the Van Nationals each year. John always had a big friendly smile whenever we saw him. He will be greatly missed by his vanning family around the country.

I BELIEVE THAT THIS IS MY JOHN.  I WAS HIS FIRST AND SECOND GRADE TEACHER.

HE CAME TO MY HOUSE ,ABOUT 15 OR SO YEARS AGO AND WHEN HE HUGGED ME BYE,
HE SAID, "YOU SMELL JUST LIKE MISS DAVIS"  THAT WAS MY NAME WHEN I FIRST BEGAN TEACHING.  WE BOTH HAD TEARS IN OUR EYES.  WHEN HE WAS LITTLE HE HUGGED ME GOOD-BY EVERY DAY.
MY HEART IS BREAKING FOR HIS LOVED ONES.  PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU ARE ALL IN MY PRAYERS.

NORMA ZWALLY {DAVIS}

My deepest thoughts and prayers go to his entire family.  I worked with Zack at QVC, and always looked forward to his big, friendly smile, and kind ways.  He will surely be missed by all of his co-workers.
