Funeral services for Jeremy are pending and will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions to help offset the funeral expenses be made to the GoFundMe Account established in Jeremy’s name at: https://www.gofundme.com/jeremy039s-funeral-services.
