Janelle, Madison and Jordan,
We are so deeply saddened to learn of Jere’s passing. I felt we lost touch after the kids High School years, I did not even know Jere was sick.
He was a great friend and dedicated "Soccer Dad", with lots of enthusiasm and encouragement for the boys. We will cherish those memories.
He will be missed by many.
Please know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Sue, Cody and Dillan Sollenberger
I am so sad! What a loving person!! Jere greeted me with a kiss the very first day I meet the two of you as if he had known me forever. The two of you took my sister and Mark in your arms and in your home immediately. You will never know how much I appreciate that. Jere will certainly be missed tremendously but hold on to all the wonderful memories that were shared with one another and all of your friends. I love you Janelle! You, Maddie and Jordan are in my prayers.

Janelle,
Altough I have never met you, your husband or family, our correspondence through Penn Vet over the years has allowed me to get to know you a little. Jere seemed a wonderful man and a dear and loving husband and father. My heart aches for you and your family and I love that you are celebrating his life, for my impression is that it was full and enviable.

I remember meeting him and Janelle before they were married when they lived in Lancaster and then again when they moved to their house in Leola. It has been many years. Dear Janelle, Madison, Jordan & family,
Jere was a wonderful person to have had the privilege to know and work with. He had such a sparkle about him, he lighted up the room! I had a great mentor in Jere. I worked with him for some very formative years in my life- my first real job. He taught me how to use professionalism and humor in tough situations. I often reflect upon this.
He was one of the most charming people I have known and I will always picture him light up as Janelle and the children would pay a visit at work. He was so very proud of you!
Our deepest sympathies for your loss. We hope your wonderful memories of happy times spent together will comfort you and stay with you always.
Sincerely yours, Betsy, Adam, Scott & Blair Benosky

Thinking of you all. What a special guy, always smiling and enjoying life: we will all miss him. Glad we got to spend the super bowl game together. See you Friday. Love, Sherrard and Shirley Holland
Jere was a colleague of mine during his time with Inacom. I was always very impressed with Jere; how he managed himself, a true team player and always considering the best interests of his clients. He made positive impressions and impact for all who he touched in his business world. Very sad to learn about his passing; thoughts and prayers are offered for his family and friends.

Dear Janelle, Madison and Jordan,
We just wanted to send our deepest sympathies. Words seem inadequate…
but we want you to know we are praying for each of you. Dave and I (Teresa) have many fond memories of watching Jordan and Josiah play CV soccer along with Jere and the other parents! He was quite a fan! So encouraging and supportive of all the boys.
Tonight we gathered as a family and prayed for each of you by name. Praying
God will be near to you and bring you comfort as only He can. You are truly in
our thoughts.
Sincerely,
Dave and Teresa Groff

Knowing Jere years ago and seldom meeting him since, it is hard to explain the feeling when I seen he is no longer with us. His fun, ambition and seriousness was a unique package that lasts the test of time when you meet him. I can only imagine the loss his family and friends feel.
Deepest sympathy,
an MCHS classmate 1970
