Janet “Sue” L. Wiley, 81

Janet “Sue” L. Wiley, 81, of Lancaster, passed away on Tuesday, November 20, 2018.

Born in Lancaster, she was a daughter to the late Alfred and Geraldine (Constein) Black.

Sue spent many years in Philadelphia and retired from Drexel University after many years working in the Accounting Department. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and sat on the board of the Kennedy Crossan School District also in Philadelphia.

Sue was known for her kind heart and generous soul, often giving to those in need and volunteering wherever she could, she had an especially soft spot for animals. She had a love for travel and had gone on several cruises with family and friends. Many will remember her as the smiling faces that greeted them at the Go Go Mart in Hanover.

She is survived by her daughter, Karen Wiley; a sister, Donna Black and a lifelong friend, Phyllis. She was preceded in death by her two sons, Charles A. and Andrew J. Wiley and a brother, Donald Black.
There will be a visitation on Friday, November 30 from 10am -11am at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. There will be a service at 11am at the funeral home. Burial will take place at the convenience of the family.
