Our condolences and prayers to Velma and family. Jim was the kindest neighbor and gentle soul. We loved chatting with him when he was out in the yard working, which was so frequent when the weather was nice. He always loved to hear what the kids were up to and took time to hear about their games. He will be greatly missed! Jean and Steven Lin and kids
