Dennis,
I am so sorry to learn of your loss. All your friends know how devoted you were to your mother, and how much you did for her.
Reading about her life impressed me. Especially how she assisted in the war effort in World War II at a time when women had to work a lot harder than we do today to have respect and responsibilities.
your mother was blessed with a full, productive, and long life . She was part of your life for many years. This was a blessing but every every blessing comes with its price tag . I know you will miss her for a long long time.
with my deepest condolences,
Dona De Sanctis

Helen was such a blessing to serve as one of her Visiting Angels. She led such an interesting and full life and I so enjoyed her company. She was so proud of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and had plenty of stories to share not only of them, but of her childhood. I will forever be indebted to her for giving me the passion for a game called, “Rummikub.” It was an absolute honor and pleasure to serve , know and love her.

Dear Connie and Dennis,
Connie, I believe I met you and your mom at Bobbe Whissler‘s memorial several years ago. Helen, Bobbe, and my mom Vertie Hummer were great friends for many years. My mom passed a couple months ago and Helen wrote on her obituary memory wall. They sure had long fulfilling lives. My condolences to you and your family.
