Gregory Giorgio, 77

June 22, 2025

Greg Giorgio, 77, of Lancaster, PA passed away peacefully at home on June 22, 2025.

Born on November 20, 1947, in Boston, MA, Greg was the son of the late Benjamin and Frances Giorgio. Greg graduated from Northeastern University and proudly served in the Army Reserves.

He had a successful career in the office products industry. He was deeply thoughtful about politics and the world; he was a voracious reader with a passion for history. He was a proud lifelong supporter of his hometown teams, especially the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots. He has recently enjoyed spending time with new friends.

Greg shared 33 wonderful years with his beloved wife Kathie (Santino). Also survived by his sons Bob, wife Lisa (Jacobs), Matthew and Gregory; grandson, Connor; siblings Paul and Cecile and many loving nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by brother Phillip “Moose” Giorgio and his sister Rita Smyth.

A celebration of Greg’s life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations in Greg’s memory to a charity of your choice or simply encourages you to raise a glass and share a story in his honor.
