Gisela R. (Gross) Bradburn, 87

Gisela R. (Gross) Bradburn, 87, passed away peacefully Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at her daughter’s home with her family by her side. Born in Kassel, Germany she was the daughter of the late Adolfe F. Gross and Hildegard M. (Hohwiesner) Gross. She was the wife of the late William L. Skethway.
She retired from Kerr Glass in quality control.
Gisela loved the beach, going camping, traveling and had a love for her animals.
She is survived by two daughters, Jacqueline J. Vickers wife of Jere of Willow Street, Renee J. Skethway, wife of Phyllis Skethway of Mountville and son, Lester W. Skethway of Lancaster. Also surviving are six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and her ex-husband, Robert Bradburn.
Services and Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Gisela’s memory may be made to Serenity Hospice, 205 Granite Run Dr, Lancaster, PA 17601.

I am so sorry for your loss. Your Mom and I worked together at Kerr we were on the same quality contol team she was great to work with and very good at her job. Even though sometimes she would shout out in German if things went wrong. She was a beautiful woman and a great co worker and friend. Rip Gissle hope to see you again one day.

We are so sorry to see this post about Gisela’s passing. We were just getting to know her a few years ago at the beach where we both had camp sites. I also became friends with Jackie. We did not see her after our first meeting. I always asked Jackie about her. We really missed seeing her again. Our Condolences to her family RIP friend. 🙏
