Dear Deborah L. Hoffer,
You may recognize our names, Ed and Pam Kempfle of New Holland, since we were very good friends of Wayne and Trudy. We camped, visited Potter County, and had many a good time over the years. I, Pam, kept in touch by visiting with Trudy on Prince Street in Lancaster and at Maple Farm Nursing Center and with phone calls. I never did get to take her out for a birthday lunch due to declining health and conflicting schedules. I know how much happier she will be now that she is with Wayne once again. Praise the Lord.
Our condolences to you and your family. We met you at least once long, long ago. Unfortunately, we have an important church committee meeting at the same hour as Trudy’s funeral and will not be able to attend. You will be in my thoughts.
