George W. Reinfried, Jr.

George W. Reinfried Jr. of Lancaster died Monday, Nov 29, 2010 at Conestoga View, after a lengthy illness.  Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late George W. Sr. and Susanna Hyman Reinfried.

George was married to Ann E. Herr Reinfried for 29 years. He was a printer for National Cash Register for 25 years.

His memberships include Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Lancaster County Wood Carving Club, York Wood Craving Club, Wouldbee Carvers, American National Cane Club and the Cherry Ridge Carving Club.

He loved hunting, fishing golfing, wood carving his swimming pool and especially his family.

Surviving besides his wife Ann, are three daughters: Vicki wife of Walter Rebman, Millersville, Karen wife of Robert Adkins, Leola, Jill wife of John Shaeffer, Clay, PA, three stepsons: Michael P. husband of Karen Bricker, CA, David E. husband of Ewe Bricker, Elizabethtown, KY, Ronald

husband of Tammy Bricker, Lancaster, five grandchildren; Blaine Boyer Jr., Michele Vozzella, Becki Hatzimichael, Chelsea Rebman, and Jacob Rebman, Seven Step grandchildren: Amy Esbenshade, Amanda Bricker, Amber Bricker, Neil Bricker, Ryan Bricker, Danielle Bricker and Ice Bricker and eight great grandchildren.

George was preceded in death by a daughter, Debbie Boyer and a sister Dorothy Evans.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory, 441 N. George Street, Millersville, PA on Friday December 3, 2010 at 3:00PM with Rev. Dennis Trout officiating. Friends may pay their respects to the family from 2:00- 3:00PM at the funeral home on Friday. Please omit flowers.
