Edna and Aaron’s children all were great examples of living life life their way – Francis being no exception. Life goes on but it is never quite the same when a loved one moves on.

My deepest sympathies.  Col. Rineer was my scout leader at Troop 17, St. Mary’s and I went to school with Chick.  I have fond memories of the Col. and how he kept us in line when we went camping.  He was a true leader and I wish I would have heard more of his military experiences.  I  am proud to have known him and wish Chick and the rest of the family the best.

I was very saddened to hear of the passing of Mr. Rineer (Colonel) I knew the Colonel & Mrs. R since I was about 8 yrs. old. Over the years he taught me so many things about life & the environment I live in. The Colonel & Mrs. R (Kathleen) have always treated me like one of their own. The Colonel has been a big impact in my life, and I will always be indebted to him and Mrs. R for what they have done for me. My they both rest in peace. They will be sorely missed. Jeff Flear:(
