An always loving grandmother who was  kind, gentle, and thoughtful. She accomplished a lot living in an era that was difficult for women to be independent –    From being a college graduate, becoming an officer in the navy, to a successful career – she will always be an inspiration to Giada, Vivian, and Marisa – your great grand daughters. Thank you for all the memories. Rest In Peace with the lord

Dear Mom Z,
There are many chapters in your life that you looked back on with a deep sense of pride. I would suspect 3 of your proudest chapters were raising 3 living children. For myself and our 2 sons and grandchildren, thank you for sharing with us your daughter Julie. Like, and because of you, she is a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. You are special lady Mom Z, you will be missed.  Your son-in-law,
John

Dear Margie, so sad to read about your Mother’s passing. Hard to believe she was the amazing age of 99. No matter how old a parent is or how old you are the loss is always full of heartache that never seems to go away.
Cannot believe you have been so close to us when you made visits to your mom. We moved back to our old neighborhood about 11 years ago. About2 blocks behind Manor Care. So wish we could have been in touch. Of course now it is impossible.
Keep in touch either email or call.  717-808-1685.  I would love to have conversation.  And if you have a service for your dear mom I would love to attend.  I remember her so well.
Fondly Kathy Loew Dickson

Our condolences to cousins Julie and Margie and appreciation for the life and rememberances of Aunt Elizabeth, a strong, gracious and good person, full of good humor! We always enjoyed our visits to spend time with Mom’s family in Lancaster and are most grateful that Aunt Elizabeth looked after her young sister, including to help introduce Marguerite Verdier to the Rev. Arnold Wettstein in Cooperstown and become our parents. We are comforted that Aunt Elizabeth lead such a full, deeply loved life and was cared for in her times of need.
