Elizabeth M. Zepp, 80

Elizabeth M. Zepp, 80, of New Providence, peacefully passed away on April 15, 2007 in Lancaster surrounded by her loving family.

She was the wife of the late Charles R. Zepp, who passed away in 2005. Born in St. Johns, Newfoundland, Canada, she was the daughter of the late Dick and Mary Weir Pittman.

She had been a homemaker, and had formerly worked at the Lancaster Host Resort and Lancaster Catholic High School.

Elizabeth was a very active member of Bible Evangelical Methodist Church in Lancaster, her faith being a very important part of her life.

She is survived by 4 sons: Thomas R., married to Kim Zepp of Lititz; Kenneth R. Zepp of Pueblo, CO; Lawrence C.,  married to Barbara Zepp of New Providence; and Charles R Zepp, Jr. of Hanover; 13 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by 2 sisters: Mary Vince of Middletown, NY; and Angela Afonso of St. Johns; 2 brothers: Jerome, married to Maureen Pittman; and Paul Pittman, both of St. Johns; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 2 daughters, Barbara Downs and Joanne Werner.

Friends will be received on Wednesday from 12Noon –1PM at Bible Evangelical Methodist Church, 2 Kay Dr., Lancaster, PA 17603, with the funeral service to follow at 1PM. Interment in St. Catherine’s Cemetery in Quarryville. Please omit flowers, making contributions in her memory to Bible Evangelical Methodist Church.
