Edwin Eby Donnelly

Edwin Eby Donnelly, 87, of Lebanon and formerly of Lancaster died Monday, September 10, 2012 at ManorCare in Lebanon. Born in Coatesville, he was the son of the late Howard W. and Mary Eby Donnelly. Edwin was the husband of Bernadine Grabosky Kenny Donnelly for 44 years.

A graduate of Horace Scott High School in Coatesville, he served in the US Navy for three years during WWII. Edwin was a retired truck driver and Teamster, having driven for 35 years first for York Motors Express in York and then Hall’s Motor Transit in Sunbury.

Surviving in addition to his wife Bernadine are 4 sons, John Donnelly, Jeffrey Donnelly, James, husband of Dot Donnelly, and Joseph, husband of Roxanne Donnelly; 2 stepsons, Francis Kenny and Frederick, husband of Ruth Kenny; 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, all of Lancaster.

The Funeral will take place 10 AM Friday, September 14, 2012, at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 414 E. King St., Lancaster, PA 17602, with The Rev. Dana Statler officiating. A Viewing will be held 9-10 AM Friday at the funeral home. Interment with Military Honors in Sadsbury Friends Burial Ground, Gap, PA. Please omit flowers.
