My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. I have fond memories of the Turner family from my early years of teaching at George Ross Elem. School. Wendy, Eddie, and Troy, I remember you in my 4th grade classroom. Your mother’s friendship and support was very much appreciated by me.

Sincerely,

Dear Ed and Family,

You are ALL in my thoughts and prayers at this very difficult time.  I was
so saddened to see Dorothy’s obituary.  I had no idea she was ill.  I wanted
to send a card to you, but I wasn’t sure of your address.  Ed, you and your
family always meant so much to me, and I remember many, many times at the
Lancaster CAO, how nice and kind you always were, and I enjoyed talking with
Dorothy when she would call, and remember the good times I had with you and
your family!  You are all very special to me, and you have my deepest sympathy.

May God comfort you and give you peace in this very difficult time.  She will
be sorely missed.

With Love and Prayers,

Sandy Heisey

Dear Ed and Family –

So very sorry to read of the loss of your wife. I have thought of you and Dot over the years and our fun times as neighbors on Coral Street.  How I loved those days.  Ken and I would often talk about our days of babysitting your children.  It looks like your family has grown quite a bit. Dot was certainly a loving mother and wife and dear friend. (I’m sure she was a wonderful grandmother too!)  Our thoughts and prayers are with you and
hope you can find comfort in all the memories you cherish.

Diane and Ken Gerber

To the Turner kids who were students at Reynolds Junior High,

I well remember the times I sat with your mom and discussed your progress in junior high school. I was sorry to read of her untimely passing. I hope you are all well and putting your educations to good use. I think often of the many times your family and I spent together in and out of the classroom and wish you the peace that comes from remembering all your mom meant to you.

                      Sincerely,
                        Ted Fitzgerald, 8th grade English
