Debra L. (Landis) Freysz, 68
February 11, 2025
Debra L. (Landis) Freysz, 68, went home to be with the Lord on February 11, 2025, surrounded by family and friends. Deb was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.
Deb was a skilled cook and baker and enjoyed creating memories around the table with her family and friends by sharing her cooking and baking skills. She did not have an enemy and was skilled at striking up conversations with anyone she met to include complete strangers in the grocery store checkout line. Along with her joy of cooking and baking, she also enjoyed helping others, rescuing dogs, playing bingo and watching football on Sunday afternoons with family and friends. She also enjoyed late night/early morning talks with her grandson, Nathaniel, who she helped raise over the last 19 years.
Deb’s passing leaves an unmeasurable void in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Her quick wit, zest for life, willingness to help anyone and ability to make everyone around her feel special will be deeply missed by many but will never be forgotten. Her spirit will continue to shine through the lives of those she has blessed over the years. She was also blessed by family, friends and God through her longtime involvement as a member of Grace Point Church of the Nazarene.
Deb is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Brian E. Freysz, her daughter, Erin Mowery, her son, Michael Mowery, her sister, Doris Landis, her brothers Harry Landis and Robert Landis, 3 grandchildren and her 2 fur-babies.
An opportunity to visit with Deb’s family and friends will be held at Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543 on February 23, 2025, between 4 pm and 7 pm. A private interment will occur at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations should be submitted to Pet Pantry, www.petpantrylc.org.

Bryan and family, I was sorry to learn of Debs death. I trust you and your family will allow God to wrap His arms around you in your grief journey. Bryan – it does get better as time goes on, I’ve experienced it. On a lighter note Deb and Kay always connected so I wonder if they’ve met up in heaven yet. I bet they have.
My prayers and God’s care and blessing for you all.

Erin and Mike,
I’m so sorry to learn of your Mom’s passing. My Mom was 68 as well when she passed and that is far too young to lose someone. I remember your Mom feeding the entire neighborhood when we were kids. She was an excellent cook and an all around amazing person. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
