Dawn M. Dochterman, 80, of Elizabethtown, PA, passed away on June 26, 2016 at Hospice & Community Care, Mount Joy. Born in Middletown, she was the daughter of the late Harry & Arline Krodel. Dawn was the wife of 47 years to Gerald J. Dochterman.
Dawn was a member of St. Marks United Methodist Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband, are children: Cynthia L. Ross, wife of Kenneth, of Milton, PA & Anthony W. Russ, husband of Debra, of Harrisburg, PA; step-children: Dawn Keane, wife of Kevin, of Perryville, MD & Dean M. Dochterman, husband of Penny, of Elizabethtown, PA; 5 grandchildren & 6 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a step-daughter, Deborah.
Services will be scheduled at a later date. Inurnment will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.

So sad to hear. I worked with Dawn at Mill Road Elementary, she was the sweetest person. We will all miss her so much. Your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

I’m just so saddened by this. I considered Dawn a great friend. We worked together at East High Elementary School. She was a truly great lady! Love and prayers to her family and friends, Amy Sands
