David M. DiCola, 67, of Lancaster, PA passed away Sunday, October 10, 2021. He was the son of the late Albert and Nancy Gable DiCola.
He was of Catholic faith and graduated from Lancaster Catholic High School. He also completed a two-year course from Willow Street Vo-Tech with a certificate in food trades. He was very proud of the success and hard work of his daughter as he watched her grow up. The last few years of his life were plagued with health challenges and he would not have gotten through it without the help of his friends Nick and J.J.
His brothers Steve and Joe preceded David in death. He is survived by his daughter, Trish Stoutzenberger and granddaughter Riley, both of Columbia.
At David’s request, there will be no services.

Hi I used to be a transporter for a company and David was one of my favorite patients. Even when I wasn’t coming to pick him up I was popping in his room to say hi and see how he was. We talked for a while every time I was there and he always had stories to tell me and ask how I was. So sad to see he passed, he was an amazing man. Sorry for your loss.

Dear Trish, I’m so sorry about your dad. He was a best friend of my brother John (Johnson) – so I have known him from very young years. I would always see him at sales when he could get out and about. He would tell me where the good sales were and always ribbed me about finding a really valuable 45 record before he got to it. He sure knew his collectibles. He was a good natured, kind man and I’m sorry his last years were tough. You were a good daughter. Wishing you peace, Terrie Finger
