Dear Betty
So sorry to hear of Dave’s passing. Thinking of you both brings back memories of the dinners to plan our foresome golf for the season. What a trial to put the schedules of 4 guys together. Plenty of martinis helped.
Blessings to you and the family during this time of grief.

When I was little I thought Uncle Dave was one of the coolest people I’d ever met, and I loved Mom’s stories about him. She never could talk about him without saying “I ADORED my brother David, and I still do!” Our hearts are with you and we will forever hold him dear in our memories. Love, Sarah (niece)

I adored this man. His love for God, Betty and his family showed in all he did. He influenced my life for the better and I was only 10 years old when I met him!  I cried when y’all left Simsbury Manor Drive to move to Pennsylvania. All of y’all hold special places my heart. And you always will. May the Lord bless you as you walk this journey of grief and loss.  You are loved.

My uncle Dave! A true gentleman in every sense of the word! Although he lived a thousand miles away, I watched from afar and had amazing respect for his accomplishments! A family man, a businessman and a warrior for his country. A life well lived, a life with great purpose! A job well done! May your ride home be with great fanfare and upon the wings of angels! God bless you and his wonderful family as you enter the eternal kingdom of the lord.

Betty and family, I was so sorry to hear of Dave’s death. Tim Mayo called me . I’m sure Dave is with God. He certainly had a full and productive life and a strong commitment to the Church. Trust in God and hope in the resurrection can surely bring peace. I will say Mass for him Sunday. Mike
