I just searched for Daniel and found him here, I am so sorry to hear of his passing. I knew Daniel many years ago when we both attended Penn State and he wrote a beautiful poem and gave it to me.  It is handwritten by him and I would like to send it to the family to have in his memory. My sincere condolences go out to Daniel’s loved ones. I only got to know Daniel while I worked with him for a few months, but what an impact he made on me. He was always so caring, funny and predictable. I always knew that I would get the same caring response each time I’d run into him. I will miss Daniel-I feel like I’m still waiting for his call. I pray that he has found his peace.

My sincere and deepest condolences to Daniel’s family, friends and all those close to him. Daniel had graced my practice for nearly a decade, in which time I had come to know a kind and caring man. It was always a pleasure to see him. We had many interesting conversations. Dan and I worked together at the Spanish American Civic  Association (SACA) for 7 years. He was a great person with a huge heart. Dedicated to his work, compassionate, easy going, very intelligent, well read, and a wonderful person and coworker with a great sense of humor. His patients and all the staff that worked with him loved him and appreciated him. It was a big shock for me when I received the sad news of his passing.
