Cindy was a dedicated Music educator at Hempfield, and a valued friend. Love of her students was paramount as she inspired children to do their best. So many wonderful musicians moved on from Rohrerstown and Mountville elementary schools because of Cindy’s teaching and care. Rest in peace, Cindy. I’m sure you’re singing with the angels.
