Christopher A. Rineer, 52

Christopher A. Rineer, 52, of Willow Street, went to be with his Savior on Sunday, March 18, 2018 after a prolonged illness. Born in Lancaster, he was one of six children of the late Cleon and Shirley (Sweigert) Rineer.
Chris graduated from Lampeter-Strasburg High School in 1985. He worked at Thomson Corp for sixteen years as a machinist and in maintenance, and was later employed by the Six M Company in MD. Chris enjoyed Harley Davidson motor cycles, hunting white tail deer and fishing, especially with his son Curt. He was very generous with the fish and meat he harvested often sharing with family and friends.
Chris is survived by a son Curtis A. Rineer (Elizabeth) of Holtwood. Also surviving are brothers, Steven (Patricia), Eric (Sonya and nephew Hunter) and Scott (Trish), and a sister Lucinda Bernhardt (Timothy), along with nieces Linda Bernhardt (Lucy/Connor Smeigh) and nephews Nat and Adam Bernhardt (Theresa/Samantha), Jerimiah Rineer (Laura/Madeline), and Joshua Rineer (Melissa/Elijah). In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brother, Dennis Rineer (Kathy).
Memorial services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Was Ms Shirley’s Nurse and have many good memories of her 😍and. as well of Chris. And they’re mini pond in the back of her home. Amazing woman. She made my days always much brighter.
